  1. Since the president took office, ICE has detained more than 6200 children in conditions likely to cause lasting harm.

  2. A federal trial judge pursuing contempt proceedings after deportation flights proceeded in violation of his orders was blocked by the court of appeals.

  3. A U.S. attorney moved to vacate the convictions of several Proud Boys previously sentenced to 10+ years in federal prison for their role in the January 6, 2021 insurrection. So they can own guns again. (Meanwhile another pardoned rioter is pleading guilty to child sexual abuse.)
