  2. State good news roundup! The Montana Supreme Court held the state’s constitution protects trans individuals’ rights to update state-issued documents to reflect their gender identities. A county attorney in Minnesota filed criminal charges against an ICE officer. The California high court disbarred the attorney who devised the scheme to subvert the 2020 presidential election.

  3. A group of House Democrats has introduced articles of impeachment against Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
