  1. The Department of Justice has decided that the Presidential Records Act of 1978 is unconstitutional and that the president “need not comply.”

  2. Pete Hegseth has fired the Army’s Chief of Staff (yes, during a war) reportedly because the General refused to deny promotions to Black and women officers.

  3. Punitive tariffs are back, this time on pharmaceuticals.

Good News!

Encouraging developments don’t always make the headlines, But good news can provide us with hope and momentum, so let's take heart!
  1. Pam Bondi is out as Attorney General.

  2. A federal court has ruled that presidential immunity does not extend to inciting riots.

  3. Courts restored immigration protections to 900,000 migrants and  invalidated changes to the Endangered Species Act. PLUS, at least three lawsuits have already been filed to block Tuesday’s executive order on mail-in voting. Woohoo!
