  1. A federal court has temporarily blocked a rule prohibiting nonpartisan groups from registering new citizens to vote at naturalization ceremonies.

  2. The Department of Justice has lost another lawsuit aimed at obtaining state voter information, this time in Colorado. 0 for 20.

  3. The public outcry over a plan to eliminate midterm polling locations in Tarrant County Texas delayed the county commissioners’ vote. Good job, public!
