  1. A federal judge blocked DOJ access to Kentucky voter rolls, bringing its record to zero for 17 attempts. Meanwhile the president continues to pressure lawmakers to pass the SAVE Act, to the irritation of the Senate Majority Leader, who does not have the votes.

  2. At a truly embarrassing court appearance, the administration withdrew subpoenas seeking information from New York Times reporters on sources. The administration also abandoned a subpoena demanding a list of Jewish people on the University of Pennsylvania campus.

  3. Citizens Bank cut ties with ICE contractors, definitely for business reasons and not at all in response to months of protests. GOOD JOB!
