  2. In redistricting news, a Utah court deferred to the state’s citizens, and Missouri opposition to a GOP gerrymander made it on to the ballot.

  3. Courts have ruled in favor of ICE detainees’ right to access their counsel and clergy. (These rights seem obvious, but courts protecting them counts as good news these days. Yay?)
