  1. After two days of questioning by House and Senate members, Kristi Noem has been fired, but Democrats say this won’t resolve the DHS funding showdown.

  2. A judge has ordered the administration to finalize millions of pending imports without charging illegal emergency tariffs. More than 1,000 companies have sued for refunds, and at least two dozen states have now sued to challenge new global tariffs.

  3. The Republican-led House Oversight Committee has voted to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi to testify about the Justice Department’s handling of the Epstein files. Shortly afterward, additional files were released, including witness interviews containing allegations against President Trump.
