  1. A federal judge has ruled that Kari Lake unlawfully served as head of the U.S. Agency for Global Media, nullifying mass layoffs at the Voice of America. Another judge disqualified three Justice Department officials from sharing authority for federal prosecutions in New Jersey, threatening to dismiss pending cases. Finally, Dr. Vinay Prasad will leave the FDA‘s vaccines and biologics division next month. Again.

  2. In a suit joined by 24 states, a federal judge ordered FEMA to restore billions in funding that had been withheld by the administration. Again.

  3. A group of Senate Democrats is demanding hearings on the military conflict with Iran, threatening to halt all Senate business by forcing debate and votes on a series of War Powers Act resolutions, five of which have already been filed.
